To the  uninitiated, developing and delivering a UK designed product or service in China can be complex.

 

For over 14 years, Philip Morgan has worked on building stronger educational and cultural links between the UK and China.  As the UK Government’s senior education policy adviser on China, Philip pulled together the “UK-China Partners in Education” programme as part of the Government’s strategic objective to increase its broader collaboration with China.   

 

Philip continued this work as First Secretary in the British Embassy in Beijing advising the Scottish Government on reinvigorating their strategy “Working with China”. Philip also renewed Scotland's interest in links with Hong Kong through a scholarship programme aimed at young post doctoral researchers .
